Finance Options
We accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your insurance plan co-pay estimate is due at the time of your visit. If the actual insurance payment varies from the initial estimate, the remaining balance is the patient’s responsibility. For more information regarding insurance, please see our insurance policy.
 
We offer financing through Chase Health Advance and Care Credit. To investigate financing through these organizations, visit Chase Health and click on Medical loans to review their financing options and plans. Or visit Care Credit and click on Patients, then click on the Apply Online icon in the left tool bar.
