To Our Community,
After nearly six weeks of postponements, Danville Dental Associates is happy to announce that we have resumed operations to provide dental care to the community.
As you know, in March the Governor issued an Executive Order to delay non-urgent care in order to save as much personal protective equipment (PPE) for hospitals as possible. As of Friday, May 1, that order has been lifted, and we are excited to be able to see you for routine care again.
We have not taken the decision to reopen lightly. Your health and safety are our primary concern as we start to see patients again. We have created new guidelines that will help protect you and our team as we navigate through this unprecedented time. As you know, we cannot create a completely contact-free environment due to the nature of our work, but we can take as many steps as possible to reduce the risk. We have rearranged waiting areas, updated our PPE requirements, and changed policies to ensure social distancing wherever possible. We are also allowing more time between appointments to take extra steps to keep the areas clean. Thank you for your patience as we work to adapt to these new guidelines.
In addition, we have just launched online consultations! If you have a need, you can complete forms online and safely send photos, and one of our doctors will reach out to you to follow up.
We want to extend our gratitude for your patience as we have been working to reschedule your appointments over these past few weeks. These have been challenging times for all, and you have consistently been patient and understanding as we navigated through new mandates and recommendations.
We have missed seeing our patients, and we look forward to seeing you soon! Please stay safe and healthy.
